Bay County Market Comments for Lynn Haven, Panama City, Panama City Beach

As I compile the various stats for the 1st Quarter of 2016, the single family market continues to improve. Overall sales volume for the attached/detached single family market increased some 7.4% for the Quarter period compared to the prior 12 month period. Inventory levels were reduced by some 12%. 

I am now seeing some areas that are experiencing an under supply of available inventory which is something our area hasn't seen in quite some time. The chart below will give you an overview of the standing inventory in the area.
