Bay County Market Comments for Lynn Haven, Panama City, Panama City Beach

Coast Wet, the company known as Project Nemo has decided not to relocate to Panama City. As reported in December of last year, the company had selected this area and was bringing 200 jobs with them.

The Panama City News Herald states: Mayor Scott Clemons broke that news to fellow commissioners Tuesday night. Robert Easter, Coast’s president, sent a letter to Clemons on Monday explaining that a host of factors played into his decision not to come, including the city taking over the formerly independent Community Redevelopment Agency.
