Bay County Market Comments for Lynn Haven, Panama City, Panama City Beach

I previously mentioned the VentureCrossings proposed development that was on the drawing board for our area. Well, it's official. Development has started for the 71,000 acres of land surrounding the new airport.

St. Joe Company has teamed up with CB Richard Ellis Company to develop the project for them; with the first phase consisting of approximately 1,000 acres.
